- a cup of black coffee without sugar.

Second breakfast:

- buckwheat porridge with beef or pork liver without bread.

Dinner:
- vegetable soup, red-beet soup or cabbage soup;
- salad made of beetroots, carrots, potatoes, pickles and vegetable oil;
- 100g of rye bread.

Snack:
- fruits and vegetables.

Supper:
- salad made of beetroots, carrots, potatoes, pickles and vegetable oil.

Before going to bed:
- a glass of kefir.

It is important to consume a lot of fruits and vegetables, at least 70-80g of protein, 60g of carbohydrates and 40g of fat a day.

The Example of Fat-Reduced Diet Plan:

Day 1

Breakfast: 200g of milk, 50g of bread and 1 soft boiled egg
Lunch: salad made of celery, carrot and apples (100g)
Dinner: 150g of the stewed beef, 150g of vegetables and 100g of potato
Snack: 1 grapefruit
Supper: 150g of baked fish filet, 100g of potato and 150g of spinach

Day 2

Breakfast: a cup of tea with lemon, 50g of cheese and 30g of bread
Lunch: 150g of apples
Dinner: 150g of roast beef, 50g of pickled cucumbers and 100g of potato
Snack: 100g of fresh curd
Supper: 200g of baked cauliflower with cheese and 1egg

Day 3

Breakfast: 200g non-fat milk, 30g of bread and 50g of curd
Lunch: a salad made of tomatoes (100g), onion (100g), vegetable oil (5g), salt and vinegar
Dinner: soup made of cauliflower (50g), flour (5g), milk (40g) and onion; potato (100g), baked with meat (80g) and cabbage (100g)
Snack: 200g of clabber and 1 roll
Supper: 100g of baked veal, 150g of salad made of potato, beet and haricot beans.

When dieting a walk in the open air and moderate physical activity are recommended. It is also necessary to have a regular and prolonged sleep.

Weight Loss: 7-8kg

For a short period of time Japanese Diet regulates metabolism in the organism and reconstructs it on another rhythm of work.

When dieting don?t use sugar, salt, alcohol, confectionery and pastry. Between your meal intakes you may drink as much mineral or boiled water as you want. When dieting follow the exact plan below. Don`t change the sequence because only in such a way positive reconstructions of metabolism take place.

1st Day

Breakfast: a cup of black coffee.
Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, salad (boiled cabbage with vegetable oil) and one glass of tomato juice.

2nd Day

3rd Day

Dinner: 1 large fried vegetable marrow and apples.
Supper: 2 hard boiled eggs, 200g of boiled beef and a salad (fresh cabbage with vegetable oil).

4th Day

Breakfast: a cup of black coffee.
Dinner: 1 raw egg, 3 large boiled carrots with vegetable oil and 15g of hard cheese.
Supper: fruits.

5th Day

Breakfast: 1 raw carrot with lemon juice.
Dinner: large fried or boiled fish and 1 glass of tomato juice.
Supper: fruits.

6th Day

Breakfast: a cup of black coffee.
Dinner: ? boiled chicken and a salad (fresh cabbage with carrots).
Supper: 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 glass of raw carrot with vegetable oil.

7th and 8th Days

Breakfast: a cup of tea.
Dinner: 200g of beef and fruits.
Supper: 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 glass of raw carrot with vegetable oil.

Then repeat the circle again starting with the 1st day.

This diet plan was worked out in compliance with directions of a well-known Swiss dietitian.

A characteristic feature of Swiss Diet is a large amount of protein (meat, eggs, cheese). That is why only a completely healthy person can apply this diet plan.

During a day eat:

200-300g of boiled or stewed lean meat or fish;
2 eggs;
0,5 litre of milk;
50g of sugar;
50g of cheese or curd;
100-150g of rye-bread;
100g of potato or mealy garnish;
50g of butter;
Fruit and vegetables but pears and plums.
