This menu is for people who want to be healthy and cheerful but don`t have enough time.

Breakfast:
- a cocktail (2 raw eggs, 50g of carrot juice, 100g of tomato juice, fresh juice out of one orange, juice out of one bulb onion, 3-4 squashed garlic cloves, 2 table-spoons of grated beet, 1 table-spoon of honey, 50g of chili sauce and some salt);
- 50-100g of lean beef without bread;
- a cup of black coffee without sugar.

Second breakfast:
- brewing wild rose tea;
- buckwheat porridge with beef or pork liver without bread.

Dinner:
- vegetable soup, red-beet soup or cabbage soup;
- salad made of beetroots, carrots, potatoes, pickles and vegetable oil;
- 100g of rye bread.

Snack:
- fruits and vegetables.

Supper:
- salad made of beetroots, carrots, potatoes, pickles and vegetable oil.

Before going to bed:
- a glass of kefir.

Ingredients:

100g of daikon radish
5 feijoas
1 sour apple
3 table-spoons of peeled purified cedar nuts
1 table-spoon of olive oil
1 table-spoon of lemon juice
1 tea-spoons of honey

Feijoa, apple and radish should be peeled. Grate an apple together with radish at one stroke and pour it with lemon juice. Cut feijoa into slices. Mix all the ingredients together. Add honey and oil. Srew with nuts.

This salad is rich in vitamins. First of all thanks to daikon radish. This root vegetable has a diuretic action, improves digestion and metabolism. It also intensifies bile outflow and reduces the level of cholesterol in blood.

Moreover, this dish contains vitamin C (lemon and feijoa), vitamin E and indispensable fatty acids (olive oil and cedar nuts).

Honey has a salutary effect on your nervous and immune systems. It reduces the risk of atherosclerosis appearance, brings into a healthy state the gastrointestinal tract and normalizes the reproductive function.

Ingredients:

700g of cabbage
500g of veal
300g of feijoa
300g of quince
250g of large onion
100g of boiled rice
50g of prunes
3 twigs of verdure (coriander, tarragon, celery, basil)
salt and pepper

Mince veal. Add pounded verdure and prunes. Mince everything again. Add salt, pepper and mix with boiled rice. Boil cabbage leaves in water (5-7 minutes). Cool them and wrap the mixture up into the cabbage leaves. Lay the cabbage rolls out into the saucepan and cover with onion rings, slices of feijoa and quince.

Then lay another portion of rolls above. Cover the rolls with water. Stew till readiness (1 -1,5 hours) on a slow fire. Don`t forget to put down the lid.

Veal contains protein, zinc, iron and the vitamin B12. Regular usage of this meat will improve the state of your nails, hair, skin and color of face. Prunes and cabbage will improve the colonic propulsion because of the high content of vegetable fiber. Quince will enrich the organism with phosphorus, boron, aluminum, nickel, titanium and copper.

Ingredients:

200g of feijoa
200g of oranges
1 lemon
100g of walnuts
100g of conserved peaches
100 g of grapes
4 table-spoons of degreased yoghurt

Peel fruit and cut them into pieces. Add grapes and pounded walnuts. Mix everything with yoghurt. Trim the dessert with dried orange peel.

This dessert is rich in vitamins C, P, PP and H (biotin). Eat this salad before your main meal. Cellulose will fill your hungry stomach and will make you feel full.

Mix together raisins, dried apricots, honey, lemon, and walnuts taken equally. Everything being chopped into small pieces.
