Before going to bed:

Dinner: soup made of cauliflower (50g), flour (5g), milk (40g) and onion; potato (100g), baked with meat (80g) and cabbage (100g)
Snack: 200g of clabber and 1 roll
Supper: 100g of baked veal, 150g of salad made of potato, beet and haricot beans.
