For a short period of time Japanese Diet regulates metabolism in the organism and reconstructs it on another rhythm of work.
When dieting don?t use sugar, salt, alcohol, confectionery and pastry. Between your meal intakes you may drink as much mineral or boiled water as you want. When dieting follow the exact plan below. Don`t change the sequence because only in such a way positive reconstructions of metabolism take place.
1st Day
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee.
Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, salad (boiled cabbage with vegetable oil) and one glass of tomato juice.
Supper: fried or boiled fish.
2nd Day
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee and a rusk.
Dinner: fried or boiled fish and a salad (boiled cabbage with vegetable oil).
Supper: 200g of boiled beef and one glass of kefir.
3rd Day
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee and a rusk.
Dinner: 1 large fried vegetable marrow and apples.
Supper: 2 hard boiled eggs, 200g of boiled beef and a salad (fresh cabbage with vegetable oil).
4th Day
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee.
Dinner: 1 raw egg, 3 large boiled carrots with vegetable oil and 15g of hard cheese.
Supper: fruits.
5th Day
Breakfast: 1 raw carrot with lemon juice.
Dinner: large fried or boiled fish and 1 glass of tomato juice.
Supper: fruits.
6th Day
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee.
Dinner: ? boiled chicken and a salad (fresh cabbage with carrots).
Supper: 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 glass of raw carrot with vegetable oil.
7th and 8th Days
Breakfast: a cup of tea.
Dinner: 200g of beef and fruits.
Supper: 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 glass of raw carrot with vegetable oil.
Then repeat the circle again starting with the 1st day.
