Do You Want to Live 300 Years?

This menu is for people who want to be healthy and cheerful but don`t have enough time.

Breakfast:
- a cocktail (2 raw eggs, 50g of carrot juice, 100g of tomato juice, fresh juice out of one orange, juice out of one bulb onion, 3-4 squashed garlic cloves, 2 table-spoons of grated beet, 1 table-spoon of honey, 50g of chili sauce and some salt);
- 50-100g of lean beef without bread;
- a cup of black coffee without sugar.

Second breakfast:
- brewing wild rose tea;
- buckwheat porridge with beef or pork liver without bread.

Dinner:
- vegetable soup, red-beet soup or cabbage soup;
- salad made of beetroots, carrots, potatoes, pickles and vegetable oil;
- 100g of rye bread.

Snack:
- fruits and vegetables.

Supper:
- salad made of beetroots, carrots, potatoes, pickles and vegetable oil.

Before going to bed:
- a glass of kefir.
